Are you taking new orders for personalised books?
As of 31 st May 2023, we are no longer accepting new orders for personalised books. We do apologise
for any inconvenience or disappointment.

When will my personalised book order be dispatched?
Orders placed before midday on Wednesday 31 st May 2023 will be dispatched within 10 working
days.

I haven’t received an update on my personalised book order – is it on its way?
If you have any queries regarding an order placed before 31 st May 2023, please contact our customer

Can I return my book?
We regret that because of the personalised nature of our books, we cannot accept returns.

There is an advert for a personalised book in the back of my book. Why can’t I order one?
We are withdrawing our personalised book offering from sale on 31 st May 2023. Unfortunately, it is
not always possible to update adverts in the back of books that remain in print and on sale for an
extended period. We are really sorry to disappoint you.
